1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website and services provided by Naturally Speaking Therapy Corporation, home of Let's Talk Speech Therapy Clinic (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Naturally Speaking Therapy Corporation provides speech-language pathology services including evaluation, treatment, prevention, advocacy, and education in the area of communication. Our services are provided at our clinic locations in La Quinta and Redlands, California, as well as through teletherapy when appropriate.
3. Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments may be scheduled through our website, by phone at (760) 600-5811, or through our online scheduling system. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to our Attendance & Cancellation Policy, which is available on our Forms page.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. The following fees apply:
- Late cancellation (less than 24 hours): $35 fee per occurrence after the second late cancellation.
- No call / no show: $55 fee per occurrence. The first no-show is excused as a one-time courtesy.
- Late arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be considered a missed appointment.
- Three-strike rule: Three late cancellations and/or no-shows within 90 days will result in automatic discharge from services.
Clients with Medicaid or IEHP are exempt from cancellation and no-show fees; however, attendance requirements and discharge policies still apply.
5. Payment & Insurance
We accept cash, credit card, and various insurance plans. Fees not covered by insurance are the responsibility of the client or responsible party. Late cancellation and no-show fees are not covered by insurance and must be paid in full no later than the next scheduled appointment.
6. Consent for Treatment
By receiving services from our clinic, you consent to the evaluation and treatment recommended by our licensed speech-language pathologists. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time by notifying our office in writing.
7. Confidentiality & HIPAA
We comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and all applicable laws regarding the privacy and security of your protected health information (PHI). Your information will not be disclosed without your written authorization except as required by law. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Website Use
The content on this website is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. The information on this website is not a substitute for professional speech-language pathology evaluation or treatment.
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems.
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from website content without our written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Naturally Speaking Therapy Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
